I see our customers playing guessing game about which of the solo/photosession models are going to continue working? Well, I have to say that more often than not it is mystery to me as well. Nowadays it became fairly serious decision for the boys. Chances are that parents/friends/professors or employers are going to find out is really high and in some cases the consequences can be really unpleasant. So I've given up recruiting models where I suspect serious personal distress later on. But of course - my task is to recruit them not to discourage them, so I have a serious conflict of interest. Nevertheless I am concentrating on easier models or the ones who are more independent-minded. As a result it happens that, here and there, I miss the ones I'd like most. (And many of the best simply wouldn't go beyond the solo.) On the other hand, thanks to the Goldman Sachs financial wizards, our recruitment seems to be way easier than a couple of years earlier.
Despite all the troubles our recruitment ratio is good. Currently about 16 - 20 new boys are being prepared for shooting full scale sex scenes. Some of them (more mature looking) are going to be premiered on the main site in the "step by step" section which is coming out later in the summer to replace the bonus Corbin Fisher programming. The younger, twinkier ones will be gradually premiered on the new site in a "prep-school" section. (Or should I call it BA Choir Boys ?) In any case - 400 000 frustrated catholic priests would make for a great customer base. I'll think it over.
